Jerry Summers has died

Jerry Summers passed away on December 19, 2022 in Heraklion, Crete, Greece. Jerry retired to Crete from Los Angeles in 2018 after a teaching career at CalArts and has had a musically active second career in Heraklion. Jerry and I have been friends since 8th grade. He was best man at my wedding in 1988 and we remained in touch. We are planning a private celebration of life in May in Crete. Please contact me directly if you have any memories to share or want further information.
